Today we wrapped up the Jag Kitchens Sales program. 15 of their Design team completed 10 sessions over the past 12 months, covering a range of sales and leadership topics. They are still to present their final workplace improvement projects, which will include a range of initiatives designed to improve the business.
The focus has been on self-accountability and sales strategies to better service their clients.
Participants will attain a Certificate in Business Sales.
Adelaide Crows player) spoke to the group to close the program, with his message focussing on the importance of building your personal brand through your behaviours, the importance of being personally accountable rather than making excuses, and learning how to accept and give feedback to develop your personal skills and those within the team.
